Description

Special legislative processes for organic laws, which may include restrictions on proposal, approval, or amendment. Organic laws establish fundamental aspects of the constitutional order, including establishing institutions like the courts or legislature, and in some jurisdictions are accorded similar status to the constitution itself. They sometimes require a higher standard for approval than ordinary law.
